I could schedule right in the app. This app would only show my most recent visit with no reminders and no way to schedule an appointment. For quite a while now it won’t even load. It just spins with nothing but the name of our veterinarian at the top. This app feels like a template that someone was supposed to build out and maintain but never did. I tap on my phone number and the circle next to it fills in with a blue dot. Then I hit the send button and a pink box pops up telling me to please select a phone number! I did. There’s literally a blue dot next to it. I can’t get past that screen. I was really excited when my vet said they were going to start using this app but it’s garbage. Once you add your phone number there is no way to move on. I tried by starting with the name of my veterinarian that is under the phone number but then it will not let me input my phone number. Why can someone not get this right? Tells me when they had their last appointment, tells me when their vaccines expire and have to be redone. The vaccination records show what he received but not what he is due for. I was hoping for a history and upcoming vaccinations and meds like flee and ticks.
