### 4/5 — the easiest app i've found for simply making notes about your pet

*2025-05-25, version 2.2*

it's a simple way to track my kitty's health, and i appreciate that it is customizable to a certain degree, but there aren't so many bells & whistles that it's easy to get distracted.

my only reason for not giving it ★★★★★ is because there isn't a way to add pictures with entries / updates, which i think would be both helpful & more fun to interact with.

### 5/5 — Perfect for our needs

*2025-02-11, version 2.1*

Perfect for tracking symptoms and disease progression and sharing with vet. Love the report export option and ease of adding trackers relevant to our specific case.

### 5/5 — Happy pet parent

So happy to know there is this easy to use app to track my fur babies health!

### 5/5 — Highly Recommended for Keeping Track of Your Fur Babies’ Health!

*2024-11-22, version 2.0*

I recently downloaded this app because one of my dogs tore her CrCL. I now am keeping track of her meds, visible pain levels, playfulness and energy levels, medication side effects, and more. I HIGHLY recommend this app to any pet owner! Especially a pet with medical needs.

### 4/5 — Great with room for improvements

*2024-11-17, version 2.0*

The app has been easy to use. I like how you can customize your tracking. It has been great for tracking symptoms and severity of my new diagnosed asthmatic cat. The only thing that would make it better is if a pet could be shared tracked between multiple so if the animal shows symptoms and the person with the app in the household isn’t around then it can still be accurately tracked.

### 4/5 — Trying in out

### 5/5 — Really good for now.

*2024-10-20, version 2.0*

I’ve been using it for a few days now. Really good. My dog has been vomiting and having diarrhea for no reason. It’s the perfect app to track his symptoms and behaviour to help me understand the causes and patterns.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No national vaccine registry

*2025-06-29, version 2.2*

Pay $1 a day to manually put pets vaccine info in the app so you can refer to it later- eye roll! Vet recommended app to look up vaccines- well you have to put them in yourself!

### 1/5 — Not free

*2025-02-02, version 2.1*

I downloaded it, signed up for the year and personalized pets tracker. The next time I opened it I had to set it up all over again and they asked me to set up the free trial again… no thanks! You can’t get this app for free, before you continue you have to sign up for a plan

### 1/5 — Review

*2024-10-01, version 2.0*

How do I write a review when I haven't seen the app yet

### 2/5 — Alright, I suppose.

*2025-11-26, version 2.2*

The app is fine for short term tracking of one pet, but there’s no defensible reason for this to be a subscription based application other than rent-seeking off of chronically ill pets.
In short, don’t throw out your pencil and paper notebook.

### 2/5 — Premium for Free if I write a review?!

*2024-12-12, version 2.0*

I don’t trust apps that give away a product for free if I write a review. I’ve only just downloaded it and added a profile for my pet and then Boom premium access for a review… call me sceptical but how are they making their money? I’ve not even had a chance to use the app features yet, how can I write a true review? This all just makes me nervous.

### 2/5 — Review for Access

*2024-09-14, version 2.0*

It’s hard to say how good the app is when they bribe you with a free unlimited subscription as long as you write a review before even using the app. Seems pretty shady, but we’ll see.

### 2/5 — Gutes Design, aber unausgereift

*2024-07-06*

Update Juli 2024:

### 3/5 — Too soon

*2024-12-02, version 2.0*

App requests review to access premium immediately after registering, with no chance to try any features

### 3/5 — Concept is good, yet to use

*2024-06-20, version 2.0*

I haven’t used this. I’m only writing the review to unlock it. This seems like bad, dishonest practice to prompt a review before using the app

### 3/5 — premium upgrade for review

*2024-06-06, version 2.0*

i haven’t tried out the app yet but if you review them they give you premium

### 5/5 — Exactly what I’ve been looking for!

*2025-12-06, version 2.2*

I have a standard poodle with chronic pancreatitis and I try to keep track of his symptoms and medication. Until now I’ve used a spreadsheet on my phone which is pretty useless. I searched for some sort of pet health tracker app, and fortunately found this one on my second try. It’s perfect! I can customize what I want to track and the visualization of data is so helpful. I love that I can print out reports to bring to the vet too. This has made my life much easier. Thank you!

### 5/5 — Great tracker

*2025-08-18, version 2.2*

This was helpful tracking my new cat’s stats. I added tracking for wet and dry feedings in calories.

### 5/5 — Easy to use, well designed app

*2025-08-04, version 2.2*

I wanted an app that I could use to track simple things for a pet and this fits the bill as I can customise what is recorded. I am using it as a food diary.

### 5/5 — Just what I was looking for

*2025-07-31, version 2.2*

I’m using this app to track allergy symptoms etc and symptoms associated with dietary changes for my dog - it works great! I love that it shows graphs for each thing I’m tracking so I can clearly see when symptoms are starting and see which intervention is leading to their decline. I would like if they added a way to group things together like these are the symptoms I’m tracking, these are the interventions, these are the new foods we’re trying etc. But overall highly recommend this app.

### 5/5 — Great app.
