Müşterinin sözünü bu şekilde hiçe saymak ve beni kötü duruma düşürmek umarım prosedürlerinin gereğidir. Sonuçta elime ulaşmayan bir ürün için para ödemiş oldum. Telefonla ya da whatsapp hatlarıyla defalarca görüşmeme rağmen sorunum çözülmedi.
