Like everyone else said, the app doesn’t work. I scanned the code and nothing happened. There is no help and no troubleshooting. It simply doesn’t work. It kind of seems like a scam.

I am able to add the devices, but the app does provide any way to use them once added. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Also tried on other phones. Same result.

The add collar button is too high on the screen so I’m unable to click it. It would be nice to have a convenient backup to the remote

The “add” button looks like it’s almost glitched into the very top corner of the display, almost off the screen. I spent extra money to get app control, never had an issue with the brand until now

Well the collars i bought work great but i really bought so i could have app control in the house however im not able to add any device on the app even after deleting and reinstalling app
