I don’t ever use that device for anything else. It just stopped feeding the front cam, 20 minutes after I leave, sometimes. It’s lame. If it worked as I intended, it would be great. The app suggests that I leave my device plugged in and I do. Right now it’s on the charger and I see the charging symbol next to the battery. However, the app shows a message that tells me the screen and the camera will turn off if I don’t plug it into a charger. Not sure what else to do here but I wish there was a free trial before I purchased ### 2/5 — Its ok .. *2024-01-25* the biggest weakness - no low light support. If you have no light - forget about using this. Otherwise, in good light condition it does its jub. So this is a great app if you are having anxiety about your pet or if you have kids around the house and want to make sure nothing happens to your pet or the kids. My dog has mild separation anxiety, but is not destructive, as many dogs are with SA. But, sometime he whimpers when I leave. Then, the whimpers May grow into crying and escalate into loud howling. If it gets to howling, the neighbors also “ howl” & complain. (I have nice neighbors, but the loud howling bothers them.) This app has been a lifesaver. I can leave my dog in the apartment while I go to the gym or run a quick errand & watch him. If I have to be gone several hours, I have to use doggy day care. But with monitoring, he may get better. Even though you didn’t authorize the payment or subscribe to their plans !!!! I emailed customer service 2 days ago and still no reply from their side !!!! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-04-13, version 2.7.4* I was told by this company that I had to purchase this app twice to have my iPhone work with my computer. I did. I ran 4 separate tests with this swapping monitor for camera on both. When I’m out I continually get a poor connection error. I upgraded modem ($500+). It worked for a few weeks and now the same error. So frustrating. There is no one to talk to. Very to difficult to troubleshoot an issue like this without being able to talk to someone. I messaged and I received some dribble as a response. If it works for you great. Höre meinen Hund an der Tür kratzen aber auf dem Video liegt er noch im Bett und schläft. Erst 30 Sekunden später bewegt er sich dann auch auf dem Video. Oder ich höre ihn im anderen Zimmer bellen, bekomme jedoch keine Benachrichtigung. Wenn ich die App öffne, registriert sie die Geräusche, benachrichtigt mich jedoch trotzdem nicht. Konkurrenzprodukt Hundemonitor funktioniert im Gegensatz dazu ohne Verzögerung - aber leider nur mit maximal einer Kamera, weshalb ich auf diese App umsteigen wollte. UPDATE— I just saw a review from 2 years ago (see, I AM trying!) where it was explained that you have to buy it on your iPhone first, then it with your iPad.
