The coins were deducted from my account though. I don’t know how to contact customer service to file a complaint, so I hope you can fix this bug ### 2/5 — Glitch *2026-01-10, version 4.21* I’ve tried to join but each time I create and design my character and make an account, the character goes back to its default customisation once the game starts. Can’t comment about the game since I haven’t played yet. ### 4/5 — Remove Items In Globes!! *2025-03-23* Im still kind of new to the game and accidentally put my monster bunny mount in the globe of the chopsticks mount while redocorating!!! Apparently we cant remove the items in the globes 😭😭😭 and the mounts are already hard to get!! I started, created a pet, saved it, then the pet changed color, then it changed shape going back to the default one. Went to the saloon to change it back to before, changed it, ant then it changed color of the face (just the face) making it white. This is completely no sense for a game whose gameplay is about personalizing character, spending coins over a bug and not even solving it is very frustrating. ### 3/5 — Love this Game but *2024-10-26* Wish there was abit more détails added like the pets actually sleeping on the bed, getting to water the trees etc, taking care of the pet, also the fish collection too after u sell the fish the collective Book says they’re gone meaning u have to catch the fish again in order to be in ur collection, sorta would like if it would be there even after I sell the fish so I can see which ones i need to collect after. it gets Boring after time, although still a great game like the original Game pet society. Wish there were more détails in the Game that’s all ### 3/5 — Good game, but the glitches *2024-10-11* I enjoy the game, especially playing dress up with my pet, which is why I’m disappointed that there is no was to have her wear the blue dress from Woodland excavation. I’ve dug it up twice, but both times when I take it out of the trunk to put it on my pet, it just permanently sticks itself to the wall on a hanger. I have to empty the entire room to get it off the wall. It’s too bad, because it’s a cute dress and there are cute accessories and a wig to wear with it…just wish my pet could wear it. ### 4/5 — Pretty similar to Pet Society 🥰 *2024-08-01* As of now the game is pretty and very fun to play, the decorating and pet tending is what i was looking for and its what made me love the game. Can we have a search bar in the shops? They update the game to add more items to buy but won’t fix glitches. They don’t answer for customer service but claim they would on social media. On their social medias they openly admit to there being a disappearing items in room glitch but their “solution” to that is to make the user restart the entire room. Even then there are items I still haven’t gotten back and they won’t respond to messages to fix this. They 100% use this game as a money grab and do not care about the player base. Can’t believe I wasted money on this game. ### 1/5 — Full of missing items/bugs *2025-09-14* The game is always missing items that are advertised and players can get by paying with real money. It’s extremely infuriating spending your money and energy on a set, only to then not receive it compete. The game is also filled with bugs which makes it hard to enjoy. Some clothing items can’t be worn, accessories looking wonky when equipped, items suddenly disappearing, game crashing and closing, etc. The Devs have been made aware of all of these problems and refuse to do anything about it. Players either get ignored or are made empty promises. ### 1/5 — Stars for nostalgia only. *2025-09-01* At first when I found this game I was very excited since it was visibly reminiscent of Pet Society. However, as a game itself it’s not good. It’s filled with bugs that the developers continuously neglect to fix or update. The newest 3D map update is seemingly one of the worst and finally compelled me to write a review. The developers have no regard whatsoever for what the players want. They continuously ignore what the player base themselves prefer and ask for. The only reason I’m rating 2 stars is because it reminds me of Pet Society. Other than that, the game is becoming more and more unplayable with every update, if there ever are even updates. Arcade is supposed to change every 2-3 months and yet it’s been nearly 8 and still the same. Not to mention countless items from bundles are missing, endless glitches and bugs are encountered in every aspect, and now the gameplay is inviting players to become more and more hostile towards each other. Devs don’t care and sometimes even promote this behavior. When I downloaded it, I made my pet look as similar to my old one as possible. It prompted me to make an account and when I did it brought me to a house with no instructions and a character that I did not create. I am so sad. Without the arcade already being hard enough to earn tickets, there’s No Easter or st Patrick’s diy doors to buy items but yet we have like 4-5 Halloween doors. I don’t have a lot of items and the cute ones cost that people do have that aren’t n stores cost 1000 bc from people, that is just crazy.
