This feeder worked perfectly. But remote access is not possible since a few months. I hope they will fix it.

Feeder and remote access have worked perfectly since purchase.  However, recently it is no longer possible to access the camera or dispense food unless I’m on the home WiFi network.  I’ve tried all the recommended fixes but none have worked.  I suspect the app no longer has internet connectivity available.

This used to be a great feeder.  However over the years, it appears they have stopped supporting the app properly.  There are ALWAYS connection issues (and no, I don't have WIFI issues).  It can't be trusted so it has become worthless.  They ruined their own great product with the app.

Worked great for 3 years but recently changed internet providers and unable to connect to WiFi now.  Followed steps provided on line but it keeps saying to follow steps in setup instructions to connect to WiFi.  Not sure what the glitch is.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and rebooting WiFi.  I’m unable to find a phone number or email address to get support.

ある日突然外部から接続出来なくなり、そもそもPet feeder（本機）からのWi-Fiが未接続となってしまいました。
ヘルプデスクに問い合わせしたら、「pet partnerは弊社のアプリではありません。」というサポートでした。
2年使いましたが、サポート終了ということでしょうか。

Acquistato questo dispositivo che eroga croccantini in modalità Wi-Fi e con possibilità di vedere il tuo pet mangiare attraverso la telecamera. La data di acquisto è stata marzo 2019, ma qualche giorno fa improvvisamente la app non riconosce il Wi-Fi della macchina… impossibile ripristinarne il funzionamento, un vero peccato! Da 5 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, adesso non ne meriterebbe nemmeno 1 😩

使用期間は1年です。

設定変更もしていないんですが、
ある日いきなり外部から接続ができなくなりました。
携帯 WiFi 接続　　接続OK
携帯 4G 接続　　  接続NG

Firewall 等の設定も変更していないので、原因が不明、、、以前も同様のことがあり、アプリ側の不具合だったので、今回も？と思ってますが、アプリのアップデートがない、、、

La opción de login a distancia no ya no me funciona desde hace meses. No hay actualizaciones, la cámara ya no hace zoom ni estando en casa. Tiene muchos errores que no solventan. Y nadie contesta a los mails del servicio técnico.
Al principio estaba genial, y ahora se ha vuelto pésimo y un trasto casi inservible sin nadie al timón del barco de esta empresa/app. ☹️👎🏻

.. I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The entire purpose of me getting this was to be able to check up on my dog while out and about or on trips.

追記
仕事で留守にしている時、
食事時間の間に、おやつ程度の中間食として
利用している分にはとても良い商品です。
アプリも安定しました。
カメラも良好。

ペットにとって1番良いのは、
飼い主がそばに居て、吟味し計量した食事をもらうことで、
飼い主が楽をする為に、本来するべきお世話を機械に任せきりでは良くないと思いました。
機械に助けてもらいながら、ペットとの良好な関係を作っていきたいです。

Funktionierte seit Mai tadellos. Dann war plötzlich keine Verbindung über das Internet mehr möglich. Aber seit dem Update vor einem Monat ist alles wieder gut. Zumindest bis jetzt gibt es nichts mehr zu beanstanden.

Tanto el comedero como la aplicación funcionan a la perfección. Y ya llevo casi un año de uso. 
No entiendo las reseñas negativas que dicen que solo funciona la aplicación conectada al mismo wifi que el aparato, porque puedes ver la imagen desde donde quieras estando fuera de casa aunque estes conectado con tu teléfono a una red móvil. 

Lo único que echo en falta, es que se pueda configurar un aviso cuando quede poca comida en la tolva. Si implementaran eso ya sería perfecta.

I have been pleased with this feeder since I began using it one month ago. However, I woke up to my cat crying for food this morning.  The app notifications did not show any feedings for this morning and her feeding schedule was gone! Why would her schedule disappear? I am not as confident in this feeder as I was prior to the schedule disappearing. 

I gave this 4 stars because I have been extremely pleased so far but if the feeding schedule disappears again my rating will go down significantly.
