## What is Pet Passport?

Keep your pet's health records ready for the next vet visit. Organize vaccination details, vet notes and daily care reminders in one place.

A PROFILE FOR EVERY PET
Add dogs, cats, birds and other pets. Keep their basic details, owner information and identification numbers together.

RECORDS YOU CAN FIND
Save vaccinations, vet visits, allergies, medications and care notes. Attach photos and PDF documents to the relevant medical records.

CARE THAT FITS YOUR ROUTINE
Set reminders for feeding, walks, medication and other pet care. Review tasks for each pet and mark them complete.

PET SERVICES NEAR YOU
Use Apple Maps to find vets, groomers, pet stores, boarding, trainers and shelters. Filter by service, search a city or address, and open directions. Results depend on the area and available map data.

EXPORT WITH PREMIUM
A Premium subscription unlocks PDF health summaries and backup export. The PDF summarizes records and lists attachment names; the backup includes original documents and photos. Restore a Pet Passport backup from Settings.

Start by adding a pet, saving a record and setting your first care reminder.

Records are stored on your device. Map searches require an internet connection. Pet Passport organizes information you enter; it does not issue official veterinary or travel certificates.
