It also makes me pair to the piano each time which makes me wonder if this is what makes it reset to level 1. I’ve never seen it get above level 2. ### 1/5 — Needs better scheduling *2026-03-01* While you can schedule times to dispense treats, you can’t schedule times that you pet can play the piano for treats. If set the treat allowance it will stop dispensing treats at the number entered. However , the new day starts at 5 or 6am to allow the cat to press the keys for treats. It won’t allow you to program times the cat can play piano. ### 1/5 — App. Won’t Stay Synched *2025-06-28* Every time I need to use the app, I have to connect to a “new piano”. It does not stay connected between uses. The tutor mode will turn off, the automated times for feeding will turn off. This is a problem since I have a full time job and need the feeder to feed my cats appropriately. I would highly recommend reoptimizing the app or making sure to update it. ### 3/5 — It thinks I live in Buenos Aires *2024-12-13* I have it set for 6pm, midnight, 6am …. I have programmed the piano to feed my cat 3 times per day. Several times, when I have noticed her bowl empty, I have checked the app (on both my iPhone and iPad to find I need to reconnect.
