Can you bypass the scanner and just use the phone to scan? 
It would be really helpful to be able to scan only using my phone incase of being out and finding lost dogs.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Currently, there are no commercially available smartphones that can scan ISO microchips directly. Our app is designed to work with RFID scanners and is primarily developed for veterinarians and organizations involved in professional pet microchipping. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it as we work on future updates to enhance user experience

Just bought microchip reader on Amazon. Works perfectly. My pet has microchip with temperature biosensor and this bastard could read temperature as well. Love it!!!
