Before I uninstalled the game, I did all the expansions and bought all the product licenses and I got a notice to buy new product license. Can you fix where’s game licensing products look like the ones in the ad, and add new licenses…After I reinstalled the game, the dog food doesn’t look like the the ones in the ads…I DON’T HAVE PUGS IN MY STORE MENU(I don’t see it in the licenses) Every time I play the game freezes, every time I click on something the game freezes and I have to exit the game and reenter. Every time I click on a free box the game and watch a video the game freezes and I don’t receive any free gifts. Please fix.
