Like everyone else said, the app doesn’t work. I scanned the code and nothing happened. There is no help and no troubleshooting. It simply doesn’t work. It kind of seems like a scam.
App does not fully work
I am able to add the devices, but the app does provide any way to use them once added. Have deleted and reinstalled the app. Also tried on other phones. Same result.
Cannot add collar
The add collar button is too high on the screen so I’m unable to click it. It would be nice to have a convenient backup to the remote

I can not turn in the auto bark feature when I do it says not supported
Can’t add a collar to the app
The “add” button looks like it’s almost glitched into the very top corner of the display, almost off the screen. I spent extra money to get app control, never had an issue with the brand until now
