Se déconnecte sans cesse. Login toujours nécessaire. Perd la connexion avec le serveur. L’application doit toujours être réinstallée….

When I’m swiping through available shifts on marketplace by date, if I switch out of petalmd to look at my calendar (for example) and switch back to petalmd it refreshes everytime back to the beginning forcing me to re-swipe to get back to the shift date I was looking at. 

Please fix this very inefficient and inconvenient constant refreshing.

Has always frozen and crashed randomly, but since the update a week ago, need to open, hard close, and restart app at least 3 times every time in order to access schedule. And today it won’t open at all.

It doesn’t bode well when the app asks you to update, you comply and update, restart the app and it asks you to update again. when you go to the app store it says you’ve updated. 
I am not impressed with this app, mostly because its user interface is not user friendly and is not designed with the client in mind.

Bonjour, l’application ne s’adapte pas si on change l’orientation de l’iPad. Par exemple, en passant de vertical vers l’horizontale, l’image reste toujours en verticale. Pouvez-vous y remédier, svp? Merci

L’appli nous force à taper le mot de passe à la main et ne supporte pas les services de mémorisation de mot de passe (1Password et autres). Nous devons donc choisir un mot de passe simple, ce qui n’est pas sécuritaire. De plus Touch ID et FaceID ne sont pas supportés et c’est frustrant.
Sur iPad, l’orientation paysage n’est pas supportée.
De plus si on tente de consulter le site web sur iPad, je suis redirigé vers l’appli même si je tiens à rester sur le site web, car le site web contient beaucoup d’informations non accessibles sur l’appli.

Depuis le nouvel iOS il y a quelques jours, les changements fait à l’horaire les plus récents ne sont plus synchronisés avec l’app calendrier alors que le l’horaire fait antérieurement demeure présent.

Autrement, c’est un bon outil de travail

I have to delete app and reinstall weekly so the synch with the calendar works.  This has happened with 2 phones.  I also use this as my work calendar to share with my secretary and have to manually enter recurring events.. no cut and paste option or multiple date selection as for absences.  So frustrating!   Also no portrait view on the iPad...

For a program we pay for it’s a real piece of crap. The old website was way more functional than the new one and this buggy crappy app. If you have a vacation scheduled you can’t scroll past this to later dates because the vacant on gets duplicated to infinity in the app. Good luck trading a shift using a cellphone on either their crappy website or their crappy app. It’s impossible, I’ve tried.

Depuis la dernière mise à jour, l’application ne fonctionne pas adéquatement. Prend beaucoup de temps après chaque clique. Recherche dans la liste de garde ne fonctionne pas toujours. Les messages reçus ouvrent occasionnellement seulement.

Definitely a good idea. iPad version only works in portrait mode. Week starts on Sunday some places and Monday others but you can’t customize that. Uses improper UI for user feedback

Bien que la politique des applications de Apple exige qu’on puisse résilier un compte à partir d’une application, celle de Petal ne le fait pas.  En plus, ils refusent de fermer mon compte lorsque je les contacte par le « Chat ».

Dear Developer,

This app is unusable. Can you consider stopping the marketplace shifts section from restarting to the beginning of the calendar days when we switch or exit momentarily to another app. It forces you to scroll through shifts by dates from the beginning until you reach where you last left. Very frustrating.

Petal program itself is fine, in general works well for our department. However the app is terrible. It almost never loads properly on the first attempt, and I frequently give up after repeated attempts and just use the website. Thankfully it actually syncs with my apple calendar so that I can see what I’m doing every day

90% of the time, it’s stuck on the loading pinwheel screen when you open the app and it’s always stuck there. Force closing and restarting doesn’t make it work. Updating the app doesn’t make it work. Every time I open the app I’m praying that it’s not frozen.

Poor functionality. At present continuously getting a prompt that a password is required I even when the password is entered, and with app installed it’s impossible to log on via the site.
