How is possible this frozen app was approved by apple 🫠😤 I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. iOS Version 26.5. ### 1/5 — No keyboard *2026-06-20, version 1.0.66* Unable to login into the app as no keyboard comes up. ### 2/5 — Payment issues *2026-06-14, version 1.0.64* For the past 2 months, I’ve had to call up to pay for and finalise my order. The App keeps giving messages regarding the payment ranging from incorrect nuance to payment authorisation timed out, but no code is sent to my bank. The exact same thing happened when placing my dog food order of over $350 last month and I figured the issues with the app would be fixed by the time I need to order again. But whatever update you did, has not fixed this issue. So I put the items in my cart, call up and they have to take payment over the phone using the details of the card that is saved in the app that I tried to pay with and it works for them. Last time they said it was an issue at the time. But clearly it is ongoing. It’s really inconvenient to order on an app and have to call up to pay. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. It would be great if you could fix this. It’s worth adding that I updated the app and refreshed and closed and logged in again I’m still having the same issue. ### 1/5 — Cant log in *2026-06-03, version 1.0.62* Cant log back in via facebook.
