I cannot even pair my tag with the app, it keeps saying “please include picture” I include a picture of my cat and it still does not let me proceed, such a waste of money, do better petble

App crashes and doesn't always sync. Tracker doesn't always change and the data isn't accurate. I tried the Fitbark 2 and it's a whole lot better. More accurate AND the data is more useful and easier to read. Waste of money.

Cant add in new food items via the scan barcode as it keeps kicking me out of the app also when i try & sync & it also occasionally kicks me out, even after shutting down & restarting my phone & the app. The locate feature is inaccurate, my cat could be 2 meters away & the location function says he’s not in range. Its a cool idea but the app is rubbish.

This app and its devices are rubbish, misleading as to their functions. I would give 0 stars if I could and I’m very unhappy with this rubbish device!!! Don’t waste your money!

The app crashes all of them time! Customer service doesn’t help at all. The food intake calories are off from every other site. It may give a decent depiction on if your pet is moving. However it just gives minutes the pet is active, not sure how accurate it is.
