## What is PetBookVet?

PetBookVet is the clinic side of PetBookIQ, built for veterinarians who want their schedule,
patients, and consults in one place.

When an owner messages you from PetBookIQ, you see the same chat thread here, pinned to the same
animal record. The chart you write is on their phone within seconds. No portals, no PDFs, no
screenshotting test results into a text.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Accept five visit types: video, chat, async photo, in-clinic, or farm call.
  • Take VoIP calls from owners the same way you'd take a call from another vet.
  • See a patient's full history before they walk in. Last visit, current meds, weight trend.
  • Dictate a SOAP note. Tap the mic, talk through the consult, AI fills in the Subjective, Objective,
   Assessment, and Plan fields. You edit and sign before anything is saved.
  • Manage your schedule, patient roster, and payment history.
  • Toggle Available so owners know you're online for urgent questions.

HOW PATIENTS FIND YOU

Owners add you to their pet's chart by scanning a QR code from their app, sharing pets directly from
your profile, or initiating their first consult with you. You only see the patients you're
connected to.

  WHAT'S NEXT

  • In-app billing through Stripe.
  • Auto-generated visit records from call audio. Same flow as Dictate with AI, just running
  automatically when a consult ends.

License verification is part of registration. We store your license image for our team to review,
but you can use the app immediately.
