Deleted and redownloaded the app, main screen asks for phone number (or email) to access account and responds it can’t find account. Can’t get past this screen making the app unusable. ### 2/5 — Busted Ahh App *2026-03-15* Shall I keep creating infinite duplicate records of my cat to schedule appointments or, perchance, vibe code a fix that allows me to select the OG Pet Profile? ### 1/5 — Meh *2025-11-30* App is ok for keeping track of vaccinations and appointments but doesn’t even allow access to provider notes or view lab results. In this day and age that all should be a given on these apps just like MyChart for humans ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-10-28* Cleared all the information about my pet and vet. Can’t add the vet back to the app. Essentially can’t use the app at this point. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-08-13* Can’t get past the sign up stage because it instantly tells me my clinic isn’t part of the app. I never even get to enter the clinic info so it’s denying me without any info or ability to input info ### 5/5 — Love It So Far But... *2025-01-08* I love finally having a mobile app I can rely on for managing my pups' health care, I truly do! And for that I gave 5 stars. I just installed the app on my phone & iPad this morning. The log-in process seems a bit cumbersome, but maybe the kinks will smooth out over time. Unless it gets worse, I'll leave my rating at 5 stars. ### 1/5 — Not working *2024-08-05* The app was not giving me all my details I am used to seeing so I decided to remove it and reinstall it. Now the app does not recognize my phone number or email address. No one to contact to help. ### 1/5 — Astoundingly stupid *2024-08-03* This app only gives you one minute to enter the verification code that they send to you via email. This is stupefyingly insufficient. It can take time for an email to reach the recipient (up to five days, in fact). This makes the app completely unusable for many people, especially since it won’t even let you contact them unless you’re signed in. There doesn’t seem to be any reason why the response time should be so short. (Yes, I tried submitting my phone number, but it doesn’t accept it). ### 3/5 — Bug with paying *2024-07-26* Works great till I want to pay bill for the vet where it won’t scroll down when writing card info.
