It might work for a day and then stops. Think this function should be the bare minimum in camera functionality. If I was looking for cameras again I’d look elsewhere where first. ### 1/5 — Bad design *2026-08-14, version 8.5.0* Bad stupid design of the app, I tried contacting them but they don’t have a phone #, when you open the app first time you won’t be able to use the laser, you have to close it and open it again to be able to do it, if they don’t fix this issue I’ll be returning the product to Costco for a refund ! It worked ok for a few weeks then had a connection fail and I was never able to reconnect it despite trying their little troubleshooting reconditions. While it work it was nice been able to see that our puppy was doing ok. But there is nothing great about it. It’s so frustrating. I’ve looked for settings to “keep me logged in” but can’t find anything. Also the relentless paid subscription requests are getting old. I can’t afford to subscribe so please stop asking me to. I bought 3 cameras that should be enough.
