But no! The main page is all about selling pet insurance. Wellness articles… none on staying fit or managing diet. But 2 justifying pet insurance. And no way to turn it off. When you finally, after multiple clicks, get to your pet’s page.. the first thing you see is : A price for pet insurance. So far have not found any vaccine or license details. Did find appointment history. So what i need is not there And what i do not want is everywhere.. ### 5/5 — Points messed up *2026-07-23, version 10.0* The only thing I am unhappy about is the points being messed up and my vet office desperately trying to get it fixed for myself and other clients. She has sent emails regarding this and has had no assistance. Dr. Ryan is very experienced and carefully went through all of the previous owners, veterinary records to find out exactly what needed to be done! She and her assistants were very patient and explained everything to me! It felt good from the moment I entered Alison! Very clean and everyone was extremely kind. I feel very satisfied that they have my mine and my dog’s best interests at heart and that they really care and take a lot of pride in their work! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Why 5 stars? *2026-07-22, version 10.0* I’m not sure why anyone gave it Five stars when it’s one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s telling me my dog should have had certain immunizations on dates that were before he was even born in red and there’s no way to check the ones that he has had. The ones he has had just have a red exclamation point next to them as if they still needed to be done. Some of this may be the fault of the vets office but there doesn’t seem to be any way to clear it up. There’s no way for me to update his weight. There’s no way for me to make the necessary corrections. There should be a place to say he had a visit on this date with a list of what immunizations he received. The dates they give us for our next appointment are after the dates he’s supposed to receive his next shots and so I get the red alert saying he’s past due and it stays there indefinitely. This is the worst way to keep track of my dog’s health. I’d rather go back to the handwritten record that you carry around with you than to deal with this app. I find it clumsy and frustrating and confusing because there is no way to correct any of the mistakes. 😩 this app needs a serious overhaul or the office staff at my vets place need a lesson on using the app. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t support multiple pet parents!!! *2026-07-08, version 9.21.1* The only way to allow for multiple pet parents is for one user to login to the app with the others credentials. This is a workaround not a feature and it poses security risk to the main user. This widens the care gap because it incentivizes couples to put all the invisible labor of caring for the pet/s on one person. There’s no way for the app to even allow for multiple email addresses to be added so that emails can AT THE VERY LEAST go to both caregivers. This is very poor app design, please do better. ### 1/5 — PetDesk *2026-06-24, version 9.21.1* I’m not sure how to use this. It appears that I’ve already enrolled. Does Molly’s $250.00 count towards points. Please advise Thank you, Doreen Wheland ### 1/5 — Absolutely stupid sign up *2026-06-21, version 9.21.1* Devs WTF!!?? I need to validate my email but when I send the validation email, I receive a marketing email to sign up instead. Same email I use at my vet. When I click the link in the email I go back to the app and to square one, sign up, validate your email and bam the marketing email to download the app and join. ### 1/5 — Can’t sign up - PLEASE FIX *2026-06-21, version 9.21.1* I have tried multiple times to set up an account and you can’t! After providing your information it takes you to a landing page that says “Follow instructions sent your email to validate/finish setting up your account”. The email sent is titled “How to know when your pets need care” and offers no option to validate anything or finish signing up. “We love having you as a client! To say thank you, we've got a new mobile app for you and your animal companions. Plus: Request Appointments 24/7 Pet Pickup Notifications Create and store all your pets' reminders Just follow these steps on your Apple or Android device: 1. Download PetDesk App 2. Sign up using your email address 3. Verify your info and pet info in the app” So you’re back at square one in a never ending loop with no fix available! Cool! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-06-20, version 9.21.1* This app is horrible! I literally downloaded the app and it is suppose to send me a email to validate my email and account instead it continues to send me emails to DOWNLOAD THE APP! Like I LITERALLY CREATED A PROFILE THROUGH THE APP! I DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED! JUST SEND ME THE DANG ON EMAIL VALIDATION SO I CAN ACTUALLY USE THE FREAKING APP ### 1/5 — Can’t even finish creating account *2026-06-19, version 9.21.1* I tried signing up for an account and it sent an email to validate my email. Issue is the email sent isn’t a email to validate my email. It just tells me that there is a new app and to download it sign up under my email and verify pet info. Issue is the new app is the same app and this app has a content pop up of saying to go validate my email. I even tried deleting this app then clicking on the download link in the email and it’s this same app! And as soon as I open it they pop up is back saying to go validate my email. lol. What the heck! Deserves 0 stars because you can’t even use it. ### 1/5 — DATA MINING SCAM *2026-06-12, version 9.21* I have driven my pet 2 hours to the vet to get denied because we did not have an appointment. This app is probably a data mining scam. ### 1/5 — No support *2026-06-04, version 9.21* Can't have two email addresses for your account so both of you can receive appointment communcations. Can’t contact support on the app because the support page is missing the form/button. ### 1/5 — Dumb *2026-05-23, version 9.20* This app used to be good and now it takes you out of the app to schedule anything. What’s the point if it’s just going to take you online to some site? Vets opened by private equity now suck! I was able to use the app and obtain all the records that allowed him to go and stay cool inside and hang out with other pets, he had a great day. This app was a lifesaver. Literally.
