Petek brings the daily work of a preschool or daycare team into one app: admissions leads, attendance, tasks, approvals, collections and transport. Owners, managers, teachers, accounting, admissions and transport staff work in the same system, and each person sees only the screens their role allows. Petek is for school staff. You sign in with the email and password your school's administrator set up for you. WHO IT IS FOR Owners, managers, teachers, accounting, admissions and transport staff at preschools, daycares and schools that use Petek. If your school does not use Petek yet, see petek.school HOME • Today at a glance: open tasks, pending approvals, children in, leads to call • Arrange the cards and shortcuts around your own work TASKS AND APPROVALS • Assigned to me, assigned by me and my department, plus a board view • Task hand-ins, reviews and request forms • Approve or reject expense, purchase and leave requests from one screen ADMISSIONS • Lead list, stages and lost reasons • Call logs, notes and each lead's timeline • Message a parent quickly with your school's own WhatsApp template ATTENDANCE • Class by class check-in and check-out: tap for present, long press for other statuses • Record who picked each child up and see late pickups • Log absences that parents report • Clock-in and clock-out for staff STUDENTS • Student profiles, classes and guardian details • Health notes, authorised pickups and guidance notes TRANSPORT • Morning and evening trips for drivers and attendants • Mark boarded, absent at stop and dropped off; check everyone in on arrival at school • Report delays and incidents, call a parent with one tap FINANCE AND COLLECTIONS • Income and expense records, receivables and fee plans • Add an expense by taking a photo of the receipt • Create online payment links for the school to share with parents PEOPLE • Staff directory, leave requests, payslips and documents INVENTORY AND PURCHASING • Items, stock movements, purchase requests, receiving, stock counts and suppliers MESSAGES AND CALLS • Answer, assign and add internal notes to conversations on the school's WhatsApp line as a team • Phone system call logs and calls waiting for a callback REPORTS, NOTIFICATIONS, FRANCHISE • Module reports and the end-of-day report • Push notifications for approvals, tasks and admissions • Candidates, audits and checklists for schools with a franchise network AI ASSISTANT • Ask about tasks, leads or attendance, or give it a job; the assistant asks for your approval before it changes a record • The assistant and adding an expense from a photo send some information to the AI provider your school chose, only to answer your request. Before the first send, a consent screen shows the recipient and what is sent. If you do not allow it, nothing is sent and the rest of the app works as usual. You can withdraw consent at any time under Menu › My account › Sharing data with AI. The data is never used for ads and never sold. SECURITY AND ACCOUNT • Two-step verification, role-based permissions and an activity log • Delete your account permanently in the app: Menu › Delete my account LANGUAGES AND DEVICES • Turkish, English, German, Dutch, Slovak and Arabic interface • iPhone and iPad, light and dark theme GOOD TO KNOW • Petek is not a parent app, parents do not sign in. The school reaches parents through its own channels. • The transport module has no live map or vehicle location tracking. • The modules you see depend on what your school has switched on and what your role allows. • There are no in-app purchases; accounts are created by your school.
