Luv your food. Hate your app. I don’t want to sign up with you. I just want to order food and that is not easy to do. Focus on food. Stop building crappy apps

Ordered off the app for pickup in the store and got slapped with a $4.50 service charge. Really?! To order food from an app? No delivery. Deleting app now.

Manager let me know today there are times when the app doesn't work. Then you have to wait 20-30 min while they make your food

I’m sitting here tonight at the restaurant having downloaded the app I did notice my order of number 73 on the in dining menu to be accurate with the app however there is an entirely different number 73 a little bit further down on the app this could be real confusing to the order taker. I also notice many of the items are not listed on the app.
