I have initiated the return 4/5 times the delivery doesn’t even attempt to pickup and updates the status as “not attempted” I mean what kind of delivery partner these guys have. Called Customer service 4/5 times, twice raised the concern on chat support, have sent escalation email to the e-commerce head, these are all of no use. Today I got a message refund processed for my order for ₹0 and the height of all this is the order screen in the app is showing product,picked,returned and refunded.
