It’s difficult to navigate into rewards, deals, etc once you’ve entered the order process. In addition the newest rewards redemption process doesn’t work. I had almost 3000 points and redeemed 2000 for a free pizza while ordering g wings, and it deducts my points but never adds my pizza. This has happened to me at least 3 times with different items.
