This charge was never made clear at the time of booking. • The driver threatened to leave me and my family stranded at the airport, which was shocking and completely unprofessional. • They also added a waiting time charge, but there is no clear policy available on when it starts or how it’s calculated. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-07-19, version 6.14.0* The app doesn’t even let me sign up. (Luckily they hadn’t). Some drivers literally don’t know where they’re going, even though the address has been sent to them and it’s in their sat nav. Makes me nervous as a female passenger. A polite greeting when you get into the car would also be a way to alleviate this. ### 2/5 — Can’t add card *2024-10-04, version 6.5.0* Main reason for using apps is to pay by card for journeys however, for several months I’ve been unable to add my card to the account. Now whenever I try and book a new journey I’m stuck being forced to rate my previous driver. There is no way to remove this and without rating the app is useless.
