I have no problem paying for quality apps and this seemed like a bargain. Except it has a lot of issues. For medications, you can’t put in reminders for anything other than daily. So if I need a reminder for heart worm preventative every 28 days, that is not an option. It won’t save my vet as default. Sure, it says it’s saved, but when I try to save that vet for another dog, it says I have no vet saved. Seems kind of dumb to have to re-enter the same vet info for each of my dogs and then save as default separately. This app doesn’t seem to be geared towards pet owners - maybe dog sitters? When I try to enter a location for an appointment, the app completely crashes. So, this is good in theory but needs a lot of updates to be in any way useful. ### 4/5 — PetFetch Pro *2022-07-23, version 4.3* If I go with the pro version will I have a recurring charge? However, it crashes when you try to add a location to appointments. ### 2/5 — Reminders don’t work *2020-06-20, version 4.3* I like the set up. However, in the free version, reminders will not let you change the frequency from daily. I don’t know if this will work in the paid version or not. It also seems there’s no way to contact the developer, and there have been no updates for two years, so my guess is this app is no longer being supported. So why would I spend money on an app not being supported on a slight chance that the feature I want most might work? ### 2/5 — Not what I expected *2019-10-14, version 4.3* Im able to use the scheduling feature, but I am NOT able to add a location with the map feature AND I am not able to add any pictures of my pets. I’d be happy to change the stars on this as soon as it gets fixed... ### 2/5 — Pretty Good But Crashes *2019-07-02, version 4.3* I find this app very useful. I do think it is more made for people that handle a ton of other people’s pets such as trainer, walker, sitter, etc. But I am none of those things and I find it useful. However, it does crash fairly often, as in multiple times in a 20 minute period. ### 2/5 — Crashes every time, can’t even open the app *2019-03-21, version 4.3* When I first downloaded the app, it was great and I loved it! However, every time I try to open it now, it waits like it’s loading and then crashes. I can’t see any of my pets information anymore and it won’t let me open the app. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but nothing works. Only some of them. Can’t figure out how to get support ### 5/5 — Simple app *2018-10-13, version 4.3* Great simple app for keeping pet details. I use it as a pet owner and pet sitter. Would like to see a checkbox for Desexed and space for microchip number. ### 2/5 — Don’t rely on it *2018-10-06, version 4.3* The app is great for logging data. There are some logic issues like you can add a weight record without having to go into edit mode (seems backwards). But the biggest issue, after 8 months of logging weights photos medication and vets meeting I opened it today to add a new weight entry to find the whole thing gone. Not only is there no individual data entries there is no dog record to even assign them to. To top it off there seems to be NO way whatsoever to contact anyone for support at all. ### 5/5 — The Improvements Made Deserve 5 stars *2018-08-24, version 4.3* I’ve had his app for awhile now. I originally wrote a review because I was disappointed that I could not reset my password. But the improvements that’s been made since, including resetting your password through the app, are great. The app is very easy to use and easy to keep track of everything about your pet ### 4/5 — Only one more thing *2018-08-24, version 4.3* Yes this app is very good and simple but ... the option for the medication repeat doesn’t have monthly. All medication have to be daily... there is the only thing missing for this app right now... if the developer fix that... it’s going to be 5 stars and 6 if we could. ### 2/5 — Excellent in theory, but notifications don’t work right *2018-07-02, version 4.3* It lets you put all your 1 animal’s info in on the free version, and track their weight and such, but the repeating notifications for appointments and medicine don’t work right. After the initial date, they don’t show up in “Reminders.” So you still need to leave the app for that, or be ready to miss a dose of medicine. ### 5/5 — Highly Recommend *2018-01-30, version 4.3* Amazing app that I highly recommend if you have pets. $5.99 for a yearly subscription is a great deal for all of the services it provides. The only thing that I don’t like about this app is that in order to have over three pets on the app, you have to pay for a subscription, and since I have four pets, I can only list three of them. Scam to collect emails. Don’t use it ! Already uninstalled it, and marked to never download again anything from them. **Developer response:** Yep, using an email for login is pretty common. I assure you it isn't a scam =) ### 1/5 — Buggy? *2019-02-09, version 4.3* I really want to write a legitimate review but I can’t seem to get this app to work right. I can only add 2 photos total it seems. It doesn’t tell me I can’t add more but they don’t seem to appear when I upload them? I wanted to see how it would be for using it for a cat rescue but we have 21 cats! Loved the fact that as a dog walker, I had all important info on all the dogs I walk on my IPhone unfortunately, The app no longer works. i can't update of add any information at all anymore. Fortunately, I still have old info, but will have to find another app to work with. Tried emailing the help desk from the app but have no idea if it has been received. While the app itself is impressive, the best thing about PetFetch is the customer service and support. I emailed them after thinking I'd lost all my information, and Michael not only responded within hours, but he retrieved my original account information and reset my account (he painstakingly looked up the pet names and other info I provided), and he did it all within the day.
