It can’t remember my biometrics, it doesn’t recognize my Petfolk.com password, and all i seem to be able to do is make an appointment. If I’m trying to upload vaccination records from a third party low-cost vaccine clinic, I have to use Petfolk.com website anyway, so I really don’t see the need to have this useless app on my device. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-10-17* Downloaded app but won’t let me create account ### 1/5 — App not working after last update *2024-03-31* Cannot get the app to open anymore. They are awful. ### 1/5 — Pretty Useless *2022-09-19* This is the worse app that I’ve used in quite some time. All it’s good for IS booking appointments. You can’t specify the reason for the appointment. You can’t re-schedule or cancel an appointment. You can’t chat with anyone unless you want a virtual visit.
