The ai chat it doesn't help with troubleshooting correctly. The app asks you to update to the latest software before using all features even if it's already fully updated

Requires 2.4 GHz internet connection. Will not connect to modern tri-band networks with a single SSID for both 2.4 and 5GHz

I’ve tried so many times to connect it to my phone and it won’t connect. I’ve even disconnected for a day to see if it would reset but nothing. So now it’s just a expensive water bowl. For now the rating stands until the problem is fixed.

The app is great, the product it supports is great, but the functionality of the app isn’t as good as it can be. For example- there is no option for imperial. Only metric. Huge miss. There is no way to select what notifications you get. I do not need to know when my pet is drinking. Others may, so make it an option. I bought this for reminders to clean, swap filter, and especially water running low. It does that things, but I also get at least 20 notifications a day that my two cats are drinking.

Je ne vois pas pourquoi, il y a des avis négatifs, car de mon côté pas de soucis en tout cas jusqu’à maintenant. Juste quand vous configurez le Bluetooth, revenez en arrière, puis en avant et ça fonctionne c’était peut-être à cause de ça. En tout cas moi de mon côté R.A.S. c’est plutôt bien fait.

Both my kitty and I love this water fountain. It is well built, works well and has a great app!
Customer service support is the best! A couple of times that I have emailed them, they respond with hours!
The one thing that I’m looking forward to is an update so we can convert the unit of measure from milliliters to ounces of water consumed .  I’m not a metrics kind of guy!  
I can recommend this unit.
 When I bought it it was on sale for $99.
