### 1/5 — Dead moss

I've had one of these for about a year.  Moss placed in it has all dried out; the mister obviously doesn't work well enough to keep moss alive (no wonder they ship the thing with little strips of astroturf).  After a year the mister has stopped working completely, so whatever benefit it had as a massively overpriced humidifer is gone.  It's going in the trash.  I hope this review saves someone else some money.

Set watering or fog mode, nothing happens (just blinks and sometimes puffs briefly). Change the settings to only water with no break and still doesn’t water.

I got this as a gift from a friend because they were having trouble with it. The fog/water system would regularly not work. The lights would flash, maybe a puff of mist would appear, then nothing. The moss we got before some was sent to us would go brown and basically die. I downloaded the app and find there are several problems with it. I am unable to scroll on the main page where you can adjust settings. The Info page is only in Korean (?), and the community page isn’t operational still after a couple years. Since I was not a backer I cannot read most of the posts on the Kickstarter page. My friend had gone through some personal issues where they weren’t able to be around so it was over a year when they gave it to me so the warranty isn’t valid anymore. 

Love the idea and the product looks amazing but there are clearly several software issues that were never addressed and I’ve seen only that many people have had the same problems. I hope the creators actually care and are working on these issues.
