Can’t login on the app! Email and password doesn’t work. And “reset password” feature doesn’t work either!!! 2. Even website doesn’t have tracking - where is my pet? “Safe at home”. What do you mean? Where is the map? What is the point of this service and moreover this app??? ### 1/5 — Can’t login on the app *2023-10-23, version 1.2.169* The app is very difficult to use. I can easily login to the website but the app login is no where to be found. Should be obvious but it isn’t. Poorly designed ### 1/5 — Poorly Made *2023-10-06, version 1.2.169* This is the most poorly designed app I’ve ever tried to use. Tried to look up my pets, said I didn’t have any. Typed in the microchip number, said it was set on a private profile and so I couldn’t see it. I think to myself, ohh it must have signed me out. Guess I’ll sign in. Guess what though? No option to sign in. I said it before. I will say it again I am blind I need to use voiceover what is a app if it can’t even help of anything. Even when my email is entered with a green check, it still asks for it, WHILE it’s entered. God awful ### 2/5 — Map information dysfunctional *2025-06-16, version 1.2.195* My pet went missing and the app posted incorrect phone and and address information on the Petkey map for resources in our neighborhood. I reported this after my pet came back after 60 hours on his own. Apparently this was a google issue. ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2024-12-22, version 1.2.187* Why is there one default sighting photo? It should 1) ask if in possession before asking for photo(s) 2) allow for as many photos as possible. ### 3/5 — Great App but needs a key addition *2023-08-29, version 1.2.161* Like that I’m able to access the app and report our dog lost/found. But, I would love it if you could upload photos or scans of his shot records and rabies certificate. That way they would be easy access for dog friendly events that require proof of vaccinations. I have it logged into the web version - except the certificate as the documents portion doesn’t have an upload option there either or it wasn’t working when I tried. ### 3/5 — App keeps crashing *2022-12-28, version 1.2.9* App keeps crashing every time I choose to use the lifetime registration discount.
