But after uploading several photos with a match saying 100% accuracy, this looked nothing like our dog. Aside from that after the monthly membership it bc it’s even more to do extra things such as feed your dog. ### 2/5 — Was good until… *2026-07-21* …until they no longer did the daily photo dump that is included in the pro version. And absolute silence when contacting them to ask about it. Disappointed ### 1/5 — Deceptive Free Trial *2026-06-18* This app advertise a 3-day free trial, but the moment you try to create an AI video, it blocks you. It forces you to upgrade to the expensive annual subscription just to get the "credits" needed to run the generator. A free trial is completely pointless if you cannot actually test run the app. It is incredibly shameful to use deceptive paywalls that take advantage of grieving people just looking to see a moving memory of a pet they lost. You can’t upload any of your own pics without signing up for the 3 day free trial, then after uploading 50 photos it generates a preview of her waiving and then required additional payment for a full year. Did one and wasn’t happy when I try to do another should me to pay more $59 for upgrade or $5.99 for more cans . Can’t understand you pay and you have to pay more each time ? Anyway I thought if I paid for the annual I didn’t have to be buying more cans . WRONG !!! Same have to pay $5,99 for more coins . Means whatever amount you pay each time you make a new one you pay more for coins or cans whatever name . This absurd . I asked for cancellation and refund right away . Didn’t had any reply. ### 2/5 — Can’t get his tail correct *2026-03-25* My Yorkie has his tail bobbed. Despite multiple photos, it can’t seem to capture that and it gives him a full tail. ### 1/5 — Free trial is useless *2026-03-25* I was going to consider this app, but you can’t create a custom pet unless you pay. I’m not willing to pay without being able to see the custom generation. I don’t see what else I can actually do with the trial. At least let us get a preview of what our pet looks like. ### 3/5 — Wanted to love this app, but… *2026-03-11* So I uploaded my photo and got what at first glance was a wonderful video of my dog that I recently lost. Then at the top of the video was garbage that looked like the screen of somebody’s cell phone through the entire playback. I can’t post screen shot here but 1/4” of the top of the video is literally the top of somebody’s phone screen that isn’t even mine. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-03-11* I tried uploading pictures of my Pomeranian and it says that there is no pet detected. If I could rate this app -100 stars I would. It is a joke. Plus I’m not paying 59.99/ year plus tax for an app that doesn’t even work ### 1/5 — Horrible team *2026-03-07* They use AI to handle all customer services, not a legit human working in there and treat influencers horribly missing on payments , irresponsible with communication. ### 2/5 — Too expensive *2026-01-17* They have a lot of cool filters but it’s not worth the money. With my subscription I got 40 cans for $10.00 a week. Which isn’t a lot. It would be almost worth it if the videos didn’t cost 10 or 25 cans or even more depending on the video. Then when you run out you can purchase an additional 20 cans for $6.00. Theres not even a way to earn additional cans for free like publish a video for example. You can win free cans based on likes if someone likes your video… There’s not even an option to watch an ad to earn cans. And the videos aren’t even of my pet. I have a one eyed cat and when I created a video with his picture the cat had 2 eyes. I will be deleting this app and it’s too bad because I would have really enjoyed using this app. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback. Only got three videos out of it. ### 1/5 — Exploitive App *2025-12-12* Very exploitable app business model - charges you an expensive weekly subscription fee, but then also charges you in app purchase for credits called “cans”. I started off with 15 cans which was enough for me to create 2 videos, both of which were wrong because the AI model didn’t load the picture correctly. A free trial should let you actually try the app. Instead, you’re allowed to spend your time uploading photos, setting everything up, and then you’re immediately hit with an $80 yearly subscription before you can do anything useful. You can’t really create videos. You can’t test the features. You can’t decide if the app is worth the money because you’re never given the chance. That’s like walking into a car dealership, being told you can have a free test drive, and then being told you have to buy the car before they’ll hand you the keys. If your app is worth $80 a year, let people experience it first. Don’t advertise a free trial if the trial doesn’t actually let people use the product. ### 1/5 — Fake *2026-07-28* You offer a three day trial however, every time I try to use your app, it declines the free trial and forces you to pay. It advertises a 3-day free trial and says the subscription is $79 per year , so you expect to be able to actually test the app. Instead, you spend time uploading your photo, creating your video, and going through the entire process. Then, at the very last step, the video is either so poor you can barely even see the dog, or you’re blocked from using it unless you immediately purchase the full version. This feels incredibly misleading. By the time you realize what the app is really like, you’ve already invested your time and are being pressured to pay. It comes across as a bait-and-switch rather than a genuine free trial. Don’t do this to people. If your product is good, let people try it honestly. My favorite is the one where it looks like my dog is strolling through New York with me riding on his back!My friends loved it too!The AI cartoon and video effects are easy to use with just one tap, and the results really do make my pet look magical. That said, I wish there was a tutorial or some guidance when starting. I wasn’t always sure how certain styles would turn out, and ended using a few tries (and coins) experimenting. A preview or free test before spending coins would be amazing—so we don’t use credits on edits that don’t turn out well. Still, I’m excited to see where this app goes. The concept is purrfect, and with a few tweaks, it could be even better.
