## What is PetLog?

PetLog: Pet Health Log helps you keep every vet visit, vaccination, and medication in one secure place—so you’re never digging through messages, photos, or paper notes when your pet needs care.

Whether you have one cat or a whole pack, PetLog is a simple medical journal built for real life with animals.

WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create profiles for each pet—name, species, breed, birth date, and photo
• Log vet visits, diagnoses, treatments, and notes in one timeline
• Attach photos and PDF documents to any entry
• View a clear summary and calendar of your pet’s health history
• Export a full PDF report to share with your vet or keep for your records
• Sync privately across your iPhone and iPad with iCloud

FREE & PREMIUM
One pet is free with full access—add and edit profiles, log entries, use attachments, and export PDFs.
PetLog Premium unlocks additional pets and full management when you care for more than one animal. Choose monthly or yearly plans (prices shown in the app).

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud account—not on our servers.
No ads. No tracking. No selling your information.

IMPORTANT
PetLog is for personal record-keeping only. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
