## What is Petola?

Know what your pet needs today—and what your household has already done. Petola brings medication reminders, health records and shared daily care into one clear place for cats, dogs and other companion animals.

KEEP DAILY CARE ON TRACK
• See today's tasks, overdue care and upcoming appointments.
• Set reminders for medication, meals and recurring routines.
• Record medication as given or skipped, with the time and care notes.
• Keep doses and instructions from your veterinarian alongside each plan.

SHARE CARE WITH YOUR HOUSEHOLD
• Invite a trusted family member or caregiver to your care home.
• See who completed each task and when, so the next person has context.
• Keep corrections and observations in the care history.
• Record care offline and sync changes when you reconnect.

KEEP YOUR PET'S HEALTH STORY TOGETHER
• Keep pet profiles, vaccination records and veterinary appointments organized.
• Log weight, observations and everyday care in one timeline.
• Find nearby veterinary clinics and hospitals and get directions.
• Keep important information ready for conversations with your veterinarian.

CHOOSE THE PLAN THAT FITS YOUR HOME
The basic plan supports up to five active pets per care home, one invited caregiver, daily reminders at multiple times and care history.

Petola Plus is an optional household subscription with unlimited pets and caregivers, advanced schedules, history search and filters, and vet-ready summaries. Monthly and annual plans are available. Purchase details are shown before you subscribe. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Petola supports English and Thai. It helps you organize care and follow your veterinarian's instructions; it does not diagnose conditions or replace veterinary advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.2.1 — 2026-10-19

Manage care plans with multiple phases, review vaccination records imported from documents, and keep your pet’s vet details in sync. This update improves reminders across timezones, account switching, SMS settings, invitations, and recovery after interrupted saves. Removing the last pet now keeps the home ready for a new pet.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-10-14

Restore a deleted home from trash within seven days, including its pets and saved records. Recovery does not restart your previous subscription. This update also improves home selection and data refresh across the app and LINE.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-10-11

Updated the Thai and English App Store information to make daily care, medication reminders and plan options clearer.

### 2.0 — 2026-10-04

• Added “Write a review” in Settings and Account
• Added thoughtfully timed review invitations after regular use
• Added Thai and English support for the review option
• Limited repeat requests and canceled invitations when switching screens or managing records

### 1.9 — 2026-10-02

• Free now supports up to 5 active pets per home, increased from 2.
• Set daily care reminders at multiple times and choose an optional end date with Free.
• Fixed an issue that could prevent saving changes to Free daily care schedules after Petola Plus expires.
