They always take time with me to be sure that my questions and concerns can be taken care of. What I like about this tool is it is similar to text messaging outside of just making a regular appointment. You can actually send a question a picture or just convey your words through an app and it immediately goes through. Sometimes you may not need an appointment but just need a professional team member to just give you some advice to calm your nerves. This has saved me so much money. Sometimes I am just overly concerned, but they actually will talk to you through this app or they will just give you a phone call and give you some advice. They are not trying to break you over the coals for money. Please excuse any typos in this review. I am talking into the phone and I do not have time to go back and read it. God bless L. It makes it super easy and convenient to keep up with the health and wellbeing of our 5 beloved fur babies. It has been a lifesaver for my neurodivergent brain to know I can access information on past appointments, see when vaccinations and services are due, schedule appointments all right in the same app. The scheduling calendar can be a bit slow at times, but overall a small price to pay for all the convenience the app does provide. I’m so glad our vet utilizes this valuable resource for everyone’s benefit. ### 1/5 — This app has no staff that I can find. *2025-08-21, version 2.1.0* My vet office has information on how to sign up for this app but, I’ve tried everything and my animal’s information etc., will not download into the app and my bet’s office has done everything it can. My enrollment fee was supposedly waived except i was still charged. Its much more $$ than their previous PawPlans with less to offer. I confirmed my email address my vet has on file and nothing works. I couldn’t remember my password. Had to change my password, but it didn’t find my email address. So I tried to create a new account and said that email address has already been used. Not the fantasy promises of what it will or might do, but what it ACTUALLY does. So far: can’t schedule appointments, sooo it’s not for appointment making convenience. Can’t see my animals history…soooo it’s not for keeping a record i one place, can’t buy medications, soooooo it’s not for wase or streamlining there… Which brings me back to: what is the real life actual point if this app, other than a data collecting for god knows what purpose boondoggle? For the last 6 months I haven’t been able to set an appointment through the app. I’m not sure what’s going on. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-29* I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that my local family owned vet was bought by a private equity firm and this is the perfect example of why that’s bad for consumers. Could not cancel after our year without downloading this app. It’s a total racket. That being said, it’s not uncommon to be put on hold frequently. This app lets me make appointments,leave a message track prescriptions and so much more.
