Why I can’t get IP server in iPhone it’s really disappointment  , an irritating  app . Android user can easily get their  IP server . Seriously very bad experienced .

Very bad service by petpooja.  No response for petpooja. 
Sales team.  Was told me. Only same wifi connection chahiye. But. Yaha  IP KA ISSSU AARA HE OR.  KUCH SUPPORT NHI HE FROM PETPOOJA.

The app reads the IP of the device (the iphone) wrong therefore the app doesn’t show the running tables data; the device IP shown on the app is different from the actual device IP. Login happens, Sync Data works perfectly fine, but find IP doesn’t. Have tried restarting the phone and also turned off Private Wifi and Limit IP address tracking in the WiFi settings. Yes the phone and the POS are on the same WiFi network. Contacted Petpooja support who took remote and asked me to restart my phone, that didn’t work obviously.

If you need all  access of your tables first you connect the same, Wifi that your POS is using then you use, otherwise it’s not working
