However, recently the app stopped switching from portrait to landscape orientation on my iPad. This change has made it very difficult to use, especially since I switched from the laptop dashboard, where landscape mode was the default and much easier for navigating complex screens. The inability to rotate the screen limits visibility and makes the dashboard feel cramped, which affects my efficiency. I hope the developers can address this issue soon by restoring landscape mode support or providing better customization options for iPad users. If this feature is essential for workflow like it is for me, please fix this in the next update. Until then, using the app feels like a step backward compared to the laptop experience. ### 1/5 — Perfect app Ruined. *2025-09-11, version 2.0.1* Keeps logging out every time. How is this even practical. Every time I have to use it it have to log in with a password and OTP. This isn’t user friendly at all. As a multi location owner I cannot keep logging in every hour to check sales and data. They made us take their software and then could not help setup their software for our restaurant and just took our money of 23,600/- and now we are not even using their software and they ran with our money denying to give us a refund. ### 1/5 — Best Service, but there are better, value for money alternatives *2024-02-02* the service is excellent, but the software is average, they charge 13,600 for POS and Captian app per year, the thing is that even if you want a year on year report for your restaurant they will charge you 4000+GST per year for the service, I think its a baisic thing that needs to be included with the POS in first place. There are atleast a dozen of softwares out there which offer better experience and value at under 15,000 for lifetime, then 13,600 for a year with limits ### 1/5 — Worst than worst *2023-03-16, version 1.4* Worst software i have ever used in my Restaurant Sales automatically increase and decrease without doing anything….pls dont use this….. Even after buying the app for our inventory and managing data base , we are not able to send messages to our customers with our business name. After complaining a lot of times and telling them that this app is a waste for me if i am not able to send offers through messages to my customers with my business name , the petpooja sellers and managers didn’t do anything. I just lost my money. The messages which i wanted to send to my customers had petpooja’s name on it. Why will my customers open that message. Please guys don’t purchase this system. Second, they took longer and the menu they entered on their end is hardly 80% accurate. For a new outlet, I need a demo to show a business partner. Their marketing regional manager scheduled an appointment with us, delayed it and then switch off the phone when the time comes. He knew that my partner is flying the next day and don't have time.
