I called Petro Canada and they stated that this very app doesn’t exist and they have no intention of creating an app that shows locations or receipts…the very same thing I’m looking at for this app. Cannot register, doesn’t work, and apparently doesn’t exist so I would suggest not downloading this app as it may be a complete scam according to Petro Canada. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Still can’t sign up *2026-07-20* I downloaded this app months ago and it still won’t allow new users to sign up, states that “this is an early version of the app and new registrations are not available.” Pretty pathetic that a multi-million dollar company won’t spend the money to get their own app working. Now I can’t get gas at card locks. I’m gonna delete it because it seems like the developer has abandon it too ### 1/5 — Sign up *2026-04-16* Can’t sign up even after consulting with PETRO-PASS representative on the phone. ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Okay *2025-09-06* App continues to recenter the map around a ‘selected’ station, which will be the nearest one to you when you first opened it up. When you then try to zoom out to look for other stations along your route it keeps redrawing the map around that selected first station, I need the ability to scroll and zoom in on the map to see where other stations are along my route and this makes it impossible unless you are lucky enough to quickly tap on one of those other locations where it then enter the map there. Makes it almost unusable. ### 3/5 — Still no ability to Stay logged in *2025-02-05* App doesnt keep you signed in. The app isn’t responsive and full of technical bugs. ### 2/5 — Outdated Application *2024-11-06, version 1.2.0* No Face ID login, and passwords aren’t remembered. Just a plain app that doesn’t meet expectations for 2024. Do better. ### 2/5 — Not useful - more frustrating than anything *2024-09-28, version 1.1.0* It ‘s just not a smooth app. The mapping pinches don’t hold their size, it wouldn’t allow my Superpass card to register, the find Near Me feature shows nothing in my area and doesn’t show/list the closest options.
