حاولت التسجيل علي البرنامج و خانة المحافظة و المدينة غير فعالة و لا يتم اكمال التسجيل بدونهم
كما انه لايمكن التسجيل من الموقع نفسه

This is one of the worst App I have ever dealt with. You have to remove and RE-install the App each time you use it. The follow up by staff on the meter reading is terrible.

عند قيامى بالتسجيل كمستخدم جديد و ادخال كافة البيانات بصورة صحيحة فان البرنامج يعطى رساله خطا سواء تم الادخال باللغة العربية او الانجليزية ما الحل لو تكرمتم

رجاء العمل علي إصدار تحديث للتطبيق لحل المشكلة لأنه تطبيق جيد و مفيد

The App doesn’t work with the latest iOS update 17.3.1 so pls fix the issue and update the application pls as it was working without any issue before the update. The issue now is error in connection. Thanks
