I have even deleted it and redownloaded it. I wish Feeders Supply in KY would get there own app, because this one is terrible!!!! ### 1/5 — horrible *2019-06-01, version 1.1* won’t let me login ### 1/5 — PetsAndPets *2019-05-28, version 1.1* I can’t search or anything. I downloaded the app when I first heard about my pet store using it. But didn’t know I would need a code from my account instead of what info I already had for it. So I closed the app. Once I got the code I needed I tried going back in. It takes a minute to load up first of all. Then gives me only a search. But no where to select my store. So I try to search my store. It’s takes another two plus minutes to load that but comes back every time with nothing. Currently the app is unusable to me. Please fix this so I can use it! ### 1/5 — Won’t Even Get Me To The First Page! Cannot Call This App Functional. *2019-04-30, version 1.1* When I first downloaded it showed me the page where you select your store, and then log in to your rewards from there. My account with the store wasn’t activated yet, so I closed the app after a couple tries and went back to it about a week later. I’ve never since seen the first page where you select the store, nothing loads up. Just white. I would like the get the bare minimum here and log in to see my rewards, but since I cannot even get to step 0.1 to select the store I shop with, I cannot even call this app functional. Please, for god’s sake, fix this app so it can do the bare minimum even. ### 1/5 — Crashed *2019-04-29, version 1.1* App has crashed and is no longer working. Deleting and reloading doesn’t help. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2019-04-06, version 1.1* This app is horrible. The theory behind it is great, however the app execution is horrific. It never works. Nothing will load and if something does load it takes forever to do so. I can never get the coupons or promos to come up. It probably doesn’t work 98% of the time. Nothing loads and all the coupons you’re supposed to access to, you can’t get to. I can’t imagine why a company would use this. If it actually worked then, yeah, it’d be nice. But 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work and when it does you sometimes can’t even access your coupons anyway. Definitely a waste of time and that’s all there really is to it. I don’t blame companies for wanting to use something like this, it’s a great idea. When I open the app it tells me to pick my store and there are no options to choose from! If I could rate this a zero I would. I am due at least TWO bags of free dog food with my store and I can’t even redeem them! (and the food I get is $90/bag). Never got the coupon so I downloaded the app. It’s said that my coupon is on the way for two weeks now. Once I finally get my free bag of dog food that I have earned, I will be going to chewy instead. I entered my store name in the search field on an otherwise completely blank white screen. Please fix this app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2022-05-07, version 1.3.1* Bought almond $200 in supplies at Jefferson Feed and it never showed on the app. At the suggestion of Jefferson Feed I waited several days The app still didn’t show my purchase and as Jefferson Feed suggested I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The app then required me to login but it wouldn’t recognize my login information. So I thought maybe I need to reset my password but it wouldn’t accept my reset attempt. So I tried to register again. The app won’t allow me to register either because I already am registered I would prefer if Jefferson Feed didn’t offer this “rewards program” at all. ### 1/5 — Useless *2021-11-09, version 1.3.1* This site is as useless as @@@@in a bull. It will not let me register.
