It really is small breed dry food and my dogs find it easy to eat, digest. And they enjoy it. In the past I have wasted money trying different brands but it really doesn’t compare to wainwrights and they have now been happy eating it for many years. But if I would like to add to the order it seems to make it an easy repeat item when happy for it to be one off. Maybe as most my online is with Amazon and they’re the easiest to shop with online. Think I will cancel my easy repeat and just use them going forward. Get your online easy enough to navigate. I have had debit from my bank and no idea what is arriving as way less than was expected. ### 3/5 — App needs a few tweaks *2026-07-28, version 4.1.3766* I just find it a bit clunky - too quick to select wrong items while scrolling, selecting an item takes you straight to the basket with no way to get back to original search. Just a basket update will do and leave me where I was. Also search terms could do with better pin pointing - search for wet dog food pouches was giving me dry cat food in the listings. Still, I like the store and know exactly what I wanted. Just found it tricky to get to it. One last thing … the suggested extras in check out were a bit odd. You’ve always got such funky bits in store near the checkout and always with a seasonal flare - put the fun stuff in suggestions. With the heat, cooling pads or dog ice creams etc… but I’ll save my gratuitous tat shopping for in store lol. Used the Pets at Home app. Ordered and set up a subscription in five minutes. Eventually I gave up as I needed to send the order. I tried to update the app, delete and reinstall the app. I even went through web browser to finish the order however it didn’t help at all and couldn’t finish the order. It keeps saying that it cannot retrieve my basket. Through web browser I kept adding stuff jn the basket and it kept being empty! It would only allow one item in your basket. It doesn’t allow you to pay via credit card. On the fifth time it allowed me to pay via card. Also wouldn’t allow me to save my credit card details.
