### 1/5 — APP is so bad it should be illegal

The app makes simply logging into view your claims a near impossible task, which prevents you from timely, submitting reading and responding to claims. I wonder if this is honestly part of their strategy I have to verify my browser 6 to 10 times and the app 3 to 4 times before I’m finally able to login to the claim center after already logging into the app with the same cred

I love this pet insurance but this app needs serious work. It requires you to log in multiple time, it never remembers my device even though it’s an application downloaded on my phone. This requires you to go through multiple two factor authentications. Please fix this app and make it more user friendly!!

### 1/5 — Landing page shows my deceased cat instead of my living dog

Company seems fine, but the app is a mess. I had 2 cats & a dog, with all 3 available on the app landing page. One of the cats died after a short illness, so I cancelled his policy, but his picture & name are still on the landing page. The dog is now nowhere to be seen (her policy is active). When I click on the deceased cat’s profile, it still has his picture, but the dog’s name & claim history. I REALLY do not want to click thru this way every time I access my dog’s policy. Bad mistake. Hire yourselves a competent developer. If you can’t manage that, get a damn QA team

The pet insurance is adequate but the application is awful. I don’t think I have ever been able to login on my phone without a challenge that I’m logging in from an unrecognized device. Then, I get a challenge link emailed which I open on my phone only to be told I opened the link on a different device?

The app regularly asks me to log back in to do things like view a claim. When you do, it says you’re logging in from a new device, and sends a link to your email to verify. After you click the link, it says you need to click the link that was sent (even though you just did?!) and sends you on an endless, frustrating loop! This has happened too many times to count.

Pets Best has been my Foxy’s insurance company for 9 years. From their customer service staff to their claims processing I don’t believe you will find a better pet insurance company. 
Recently, my dog had ACL tear surgery and I was concerned that it would cost more than just our normal co-pay. It didn’t. And it also took only a few days to process this claim which was my biggest.

I can say more positive things about Pets Best. And I am very thankful to have found them. I highly recommend to all pet parents.

I have no issue with the insurance and claims process but the app is really unpleasant to use. You can log in initially with Face ID but then if you want to view anything you have to login again with 2 step verification. Very tedious. I’ve tried to look up something on my policy while at a vet office and gave up. Why can’t the initial login give us access to our policy and claims?

This app is further proof of how evil insurance companies are. They clearly went cheap on it, as functionality is deeply lacking. I sign into the app, then go to look at my dog’s documentation and then have to sign in again, send a code to my phone number, no code is sent. Try again. Still no code. Can’t get to my dog’s documentation. Pay my bill every month. Spend a grand on my dog- deductible covered. Whats may monthly payment going to? Because it’s clearly not the app. I’m guessing a yacht payment. Time to cancel my plan.

I have not once been able to upload a document through the app. This completely defeats the purpose,  and I do not consider having to pull out my laptop and sign in through the full website being easy to use and simple. It’s incredibly inconvenient and from my perspective defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and tried uploading the document from different places on my phone and nothing works. The upload icon just goes round and round forever. Please fix this developers.

The app works great for some features. Submitting a claim is nice and easy. Viewing the claim, not so much. I literally have to log in 3 times to view a claim. And it always thinks I’m on a new device, so it sends me a verification link. Lately, when I click the verification, it says that I clicked in from a different device. Better to just go through my browser at this point.
