I have to hold the speed 100 button to make it go fast. Please fix!!! ### 2/5 — Overlapping Arrows *2018-10-28, version 1.6.3* App UI probably wasn't tested on the X or X max because the arrows overlap on both. There should be an alternative to controlling my mouse rather than an app that doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2018-05-15, version 1.6.3* I was so excited to get this pet toy, but the app does not work. I can sync with the toy, but after a minute or less, the app crashes, and the toy goes back into pairing mode! I tried it out on an iPhone 7 Plus, a fifth-generation iPad, and an iPhone SE. The iPhone SE was the most stable, the iPad could pair easily, but the app crashes as soon as you push any buttons. When it did work and loaded the controller ui (in between crashing), the speed slider did nothing, the controls were sluggish, barely responsive, and not at all intuitive. My cat seemed to be excited when it did move, but every minute or so, I would have to go back to pairing, and loading the controls ui. So disappointed! The light is only on when it’s plugged into the charger and then the second it’s unplugged it turns off and disconnects from the app because the connection is lost. Very disappointing! We got this for Christmas and were looking forward to it. ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2018-12-28, version 1.6.3* Purchased for a Christmas gift for our cat and this app is terrible and does not work correctly on either of our phones. The remote control feature does not work at all, the mouse doesn’t even move at all most of the time and certainly does not move in the direct of the arrows. The first time I played it, it worked and it was exactly what I imagined it would be! Super fun to watch my cat chase it and be chased by it. After that first time, it stopped working. And by not working I mean the control screen of the app never appears, so you can’t play. I know it connects because the blue light stops blinking on the mouse. I tried it on my phone a few weeks later and it worked on two separate occasions. Yesterday it worked. Today it does not. ### 2/5 — Almost works. *2021-07-17, version 1.8.0* With my iPhone. No speed control, always runs high speed. Direction controls reversed, that is forward goes backwards, left goes right, etc. Makes it hard to control. Terrifies one of my cats, intimidates the other, Fun after a fashion but not for long. ### 2/5 — Toy is fun, app is terrible and already on mouse 2 *2019-01-23, version 1.6.3* I bought the mouse a few months ago and played with it for a little bit however it stopped working on one side and had to get it replaced. The app is a disaster, pairing can be difficult, but once it is paired I can drive the mouse around. The controls are jam together on my iPhone and it makes it very difficult to drive, so I have a little to no control over and I’m constantly hitting the wrong direction. I’ve submitted the feedback to fix and resolve this bug so the directions on the remote control can work properly, but it has not yet been resolved. I will say the concept is wonderful, my cat kimchi loves this toy it’s just very poorly executed on the app. ### 2/5 — Remote control Mouse *2019-01-15* This app definitely needs to utilize a joystick style of steering for streamlined operation.
