Great way to receive a reply first thing in the morning from our Veterinarians! 
We love that we can attach pictures for them to see updates on our Brittany Puppies and we have used it to update them on wound healing!

I use the PetsApp a lot for appointments and medication but recently it also assisted in a 3 way conversation between myself and a new owner of one of my puppies.  Think it’s a really good service when you don’t need an answer immediately and can be dealt with when the practice has time.

I cannot express how much I love using the pets app. The app allows not only the staff to see my messages but also the Vets as well who will then communicate with me. Some days are so hectic with work and life that I’m not able to get on the phone with the vet office so it’s VERY convenient to be able to message them.
