Google had sent me round the houses . However all I had to do was give the reception a call and they were brilliant at calming me down . The first appointment went like a dream. My puppy enjoyed her first visit , The vet was really calm, informative and good humoured. He guided me through the first visit with great understanding . The reception team are very efficient , give you good advice from the first moment you sign up. Not only does it allow me to contact my vets more freely and fully utilise the free advice offered as part of my pet insurance; but I can open a chat and message them when the issue is on my mind even out of office hours and just wait until they open for a response, the chat also allows for me to send photos if there’s something that concerns me which has saved me from several would be unnecessary trips to the vets. Being able to contact my vets directly has been a huge help in tracking medication, appointments and just generally getting help in caring for them when they’ve been unwell, I highly recommend this app to any pet owner who’s vet is connected to the app. It has become an indispensable way to help me care for my pets ### 5/5 — Fantastic support *2026-05-19, version 3.28.0* Sian who helped me sort out my recent issues with my Wellness plan was just amazing in every way. Been on your banking app? Been sending your other half naughty messages? Been sending your illicit affair naughty messages? This app wants to know about it and paste whatever you last copied somewhere, it doesn’t tell you where but the functionality is there. I recommend going into settings and setting the ‘Paste from other apps’ setting to deny. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app - same thing. I’ve tried logging in through the website on my laptop - the link from the site for pet owners to log in just spins and doesn’t go anywhere. Couldn’t find where and Vet Practice couldn’t help, so if I wanted to make an appointment on the App at my home town practice I couldn’t. Eventually found it under my pets name in the ‘Pet’ section. I have 2 pets so had to change it on both. Most people use the same Vet practice and town for all their pets, so it should be an automatic change for all the users pets. When changing it then removes all upcoming appointments and chats. Not at all helpful doing that. Whoever came up with this ridiculous idea to delete this info needs to put themselves in a ‘users’ shoes and ‘re-think’ about how this affects users turning up for appointments. Not only that this facility to change should be a section on its own or under ‘Profile.
