I can log in on my email but can’t on the app. 🤷🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — GARBAGE *2022-06-28, version 1.1.9* This app is absolute garbage. Takes forever to load, gives me an error every time I open it, regularly logs me out, crashes every time I try to add a photo to my pets’ profile, doesn’t save my pets rx (even tho she’s been on it for over a year and I have to reenter everything to request it monthly). This app has so much potential but it just doesn’t work. LOTS of bugs need fixed. A simple app like this should not be so complicated. ### 1/5 — Clunky and Doesn’t Do what it Says *2022-04-14, version 1.1.9* It’s hard to find anything. I used to be able to schedule appointments, now I can’t, or I can’t find the path to get there. It’s poorly designed. ### 1/5 — Absolutely horrible app *2022-01-08, version 1.1.6* User unfriendly. I can’t update any of my pet’s information and nowhere can I add another pet. It’s as though the submit button is dead. I really wish my current veterinarian’s office would dump this app. A previous vet used PetDesk and I found it to be so much better to use. ### 2/5 — Good idea but frustrating to use *2021-12-27, version 1.1.6* It was easy to register my pets and the records are correct because the vet adds them. Anything I want to add from my end doesn’t upload including information about my pets and photos. Booking appointments is a frustrating process as well. I need to keep the app for proof of records and this is convenient when traveling but it is very frustrating to use otherwise. ### 1/5 — App constantly Crashing *2020-12-01, version 0.8.6* I usually can’t get logged in without a crash, but if I do the app crashes shortly after. Please implement error handling try...catch... Programming 101 really. ### 1/5 — Not able to clear notifications *2020-11-24, version 0.8.6* I’ve got 23 “notification” bells - When I try to click on them to clear the app crashes. Think it’s pretty cool concept, but app isn’t so great. ### 1/5 — Buggy and annoying *2020-11-21, version 0.8.6* The health alerts specifically are pretty much nonfunctional. I get them and can read them but if I try to click on the 3 dots to the right of any alert, the whole app just crashes every single time. Multiple reinstalls. I have to go to the website instead. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2020-06-10, version 0.8.6* Used to work. Now I don’t know why my vet ever connected their name to such a worthless piece of crap. It won’t let me log on even though I know my password. It won’t let me create a new password. There is no customer service to contact. Completely useless. ### 1/5 — Lots of glitches *2020-03-07, version 0.8.6* Would love if the developers responded to or noticed all of the low ratings and feedback. I use this for my dog. Refill options are great. But, as others said the app versions (for phone or tablet) are not great. It often duplicates letters when typing, or you cannot remove previously typed entries.
