You pay all this money for this machine and the app doesn’t even let me log in. Saying my account doesn’t exist and won’t let me log in through Facebook. 

Fix your app!!!!!!!!

This app is THE WORST. It’s so clunky, half the time it never works, oh and when my feeder randomly unlinks I near loose my sanity trying to re-link it back up again. PLEASE BUILD A BETTER APP!!

Keeps going offline if I view any other pages apart from the opening page after logging in. So disappointing as this was expensive to buy and I was a big fan until lately.

Unable to set up using either iPhone 11 or se on latest iOS. Seeing that this app hasn’t had an update in over a year, my guess is that it’s a glitch they haven’t registered yet. The product would be amazing otherwise. One can only imagine.

The app is outdated for bigger iPhone screens and is very old. The quality of the app is making me want to return my device, a shame cause otherwise a great product.

App is so out of touch. Not made to fit new phone screens. Poor layout and lack of editing. Should be able to switch to multiple PetTecc feeders without having to logout and back in under different accounts. Microphone to listen in on these have an annoying tapping sound!! People pay good money for these products so we expect that the app should be just as good and updated regularly but it seems these days everything is half done!

I was initially concerned given the earlier review but the setup process was all good on my iPhone 13. App features are all working well and the product is responding as you’d expect.
