## What is Petty Cash Packet Board?

Petty Cash Packet Board is a paid, local-first closeout board for clubs, classrooms, PTOs, youth teams, small nonprofits, and community groups that handle small cash floats.

Create a packet for each float, custodian, event, classroom, or team trip. Track cash issued, expense lines, attached receipts, receipt gaps, approval steps, due dates, closeout status, and packet notes. The app calculates spent totals, receipt coverage, remaining float, cleared amount, readiness, days to close, and open item count so a treasurer or organizer can see what still needs attention.

Use it to prepare handoff packets, reconcile receipts, follow up with owners, duplicate recurring packet structures, and copy a plain-text packet or CSV summary for your records.

The app is intentionally private and manual. It does not connect to bank accounts, cards, payment processors, accounting systems, school portals, email, calendars, cameras, receipt scanners, OCR, or cloud storage. It does not provide tax, legal, banking, investment, or financial advice. It does not require login, show ads, track users, use analytics SDKs, cloud sync, AI, or upload packet records to a developer server.
