Never have been able to connect the device to my phone. I’ve contacted support through the app under the “feedback” multiple times and never heard back. Device just flashes green, will try to connect, it gets to 100% and says connection failed. Feels cheap. ### 2/5 — Can’t even open app after update *2023-05-27, version 3.0.0* Just got the version 3.0.0 update on my iPhone… can’t even open the app now. Please fix this! ### 2/5 — Camera *2023-04-03, version 2.0.8* Everything works except that I cannot see my pet through the camera. I can only see something if I take a picture or a video and save that to my phone. I’m not sure what to do? Very frustrated ### 1/5 — bad connection *2022-09-23, version 2.0.8* I don’t know for certain if it’s my wifi that is crap or this app/device, but this is the only wifi device I have that does not connect well. My camera takes about 8 tries and closing out of the app before it connects, and then the sound goes off after about 1 minute of listening. Plus, it freezes often and there is no way to tell that it is frozen unless you already know. If your pet was laying down when it freezes, how can you tell? Also, the connection makes it so either it wont toss treats or it tosses 5 in a row without me clicking it more than once. There should be more updates to this app so it actually works as intended, to allow people to watch their pets and homes while away. A website that is accessible on computers/browsers would also be much nicer. ### 1/5 — Great concept, faulty app *2022-04-29, version 2.0.8* This app crashes every day. This defeats the purpose. ### 2/5 — Way, way too sensitive *2022-03-11, version 2.0.5* Love being able to monitor my baby while I’m away but my biggest complaint is that the app notifies me every 30 seconds that motion has been detected, even when it’s on the lowest motion sensitivity setting, which defeats the entire purpose of being able to check in. Not sure what’s triggering it: light shifts? Wind? The sound was always terrible, but now I can’t even get it online. I’ve been working at it for 2 hours. I’m ready to throw it away. Why is it so hard to even add my email and password? Wish you guys would update this. I use it when I’m on vacation to leave in the hotel or Airbnb when we are out haven’t used it in a while. Pull it out to use it again for the holidays, and after scanning the QR code, it comes up. The certificate has expired and it is not a private site. Someone could be trying to get my information what comes up I bought this from Amazon now it sits cause I’m afraid to use it because it could be hacked otherwise I would’ve given it a five star. The clarity is good. The picture is good. Wasn’t hard to set up now. It sits.
