立ち上げるたびに、表示されるのは、最初に登録した日にちになるのは、使い勝手が悪いです。
色々試行錯誤されておられる状況だとは思いますが、こういう簡単なところは、速やかに改善してほしい。

不具合の状態が全く改善されずに月額だけ支払っている状態です。サポートセンターの対応も非常に悪く交換希望しても濁され先延ばしにされ結局無駄な物となっています。
AIとのやり取りで詳細を説明したにも関わらず『詳細を説明してほしい』と言われ疲れます。挙げ句の果てに『AIの詳細を確認したうえで聞いています』と言われました。馬鹿にしてるんでしょうか。とにかく全く使えない最悪な商品に月額だけ支払わされているという感じでしたので解約します。

数値や状況の目安としてみるのには良いかなと思っていたのですが、時差がだいぶあるようで、寝ていても「活動中」動き回っていても「休息中」なので離れている時にこれだけをみるのはダメかなと。

後、使い始めて1週間でデータ取得もアプリ自体も動かなくなりました…再起動などしてみましたが…エラー表示

ペットにとっても家族にとっても良いものだと思って購入したので、改善と対処をお願いしたいです。

Wi-Fiと接続もできないし、首輪の方もなにも反応しない

それなのに解約も返金もしてくれない
コールセンターもないからLINEでのやり取りで何度も同じことの繰り返し…

安くないお金払ってこれはないわ。
