Now there’s nothing we can do to get it to work. My notifications haven’t been working for a while but I knew the feeder was still dispensing so I had hoped this update would resolve that. This morning, I noticed the bowl was completely empty of food which is unusual. I opened the app to find that its offline. The power button is on and the Link light is flashing, which according to the user guide is normal. I found and connected to the Petwant WiFi on my iPhone so it’s not related to internet strength. Yes sometimes it doesn't connect but in all honest even my security camera loses connection every now and then. It's call wifi issues... If it isn't working right, you probably are doing something wrong. Don't blame a good app for your inability to be tech savvy. Remember most wifi router has 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi network. I needed to reset a couple of times, but so appreciated being able to feed my cat with a press of the button on my phone. It was easy to maintain and while there are grammatical errors of translation in the directions and in the app, which sometimes make it hard to understand, the device worked fine.
