It drives me absolutely nuts. They talk so fast you can not understand them. When you order a Pex card it takes a week to create it and then 10 days to ship it to you. And all the buttons are in weird places. When it asks for a password I enter it a first time and when I go to confirm it, it wiped it clear and automatically puts in a strong password. So just to be cooperative I attempt to use the strong password. Well guess what, that’s too long for the app standards. If your a employee this review won’t help you but a organization looking for an east app for exployees…look elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Allow access to all photos when trying to upload from selected photos *2023-04-09, version 20.1.0* Why on earth would I allow an app to view all my photos when there is an option to select the photos you want to upload. Except pex doesn’t recognize this and wants access to all my photos even tho it has the select photos option. I turned off my photo gallery access though, I’ll just take a picture and upload it, ok PEX? Now that you know, would you please stop pestering me to give you access to my photo gallery? The answer is NO. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-04-05, version 18.4.0* The past month I have used the app, it may have worked 3 times, it always says “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” And when I do try later it doesn’t work, last time I checked my balance or even uploaded receipts was a week and a half ago, need this issue fixed, if the app worked all the time, it would be awesome. But it barley works. ### 1/5 — Receipt Upload Terrible *2022-02-11, version 18.3.0* It is 2022 and a lot of things get ordered online or receipts get emailed to you. Why on earth can I not take a screenshot of a receipt on my phone and upload it??? This makes the app pretty useless. ### 3/5 — Great concept, but... *2021-10-28, version 17.0.0* I’ve been using PEX for a while now and it has been super helpful! Except recently the app has frozen up when I try to look at my transactions and will completely crash every time I try to open the camera. This makes it very hard to keep track and hold accountably for the transactions. I cannot upload receipts or add notes to any transaction, whether it be recent or far in the past. I do recommend this app and using PEX as a business plan.
